KAREN S. WALDROP
Chief Operations Officer
Karen obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from OSU in Marketing/Business while working full-time. These jobs gave her a variety of court and law firm experiences. Who knew 30+ years later when she entered Franklin County that she’d still be here! She began her public sector career in Common Pleas General as a Bailiff for over 13 years; Court of Appeals; Federal Court; back to the County Recorder’s; and most recently helping run the Franklin County Probate Court. She is excited to be at the GSB helping the community, especially because she is seeing the program through which her old boss, Judge Montgomery at Probate Court, created through ORC 2101.026.

AIMEE J. SOMERVILLE
Business Operations Assistant
Aimee earned her Bachelor’s Degree from THE Ohio State University in Nutrition with a specialization in business. Prior to joining the GSB, Aimee taught as a substitute teacher in several central Ohio school districts. She was then introduced to the County and worked for the Franklin County Probate Court as a Deputy Clerk. Aimee is excited to take on her role with the GSB and expand her knowledge of county business.
GINELLE G. BANKS
Human Resources Manager
Ginelle graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a bachelor’s in Administration and a minor in Public Administration. Prior to the GSB, Ginelle held various HR roles within both the public and private sector.
